Porirua Pasifika Community Patrols (PPCP) is a community safety organisation dedicated to keeping Porirua City safe for all residents. A new Day Patrol Lead position is being established to extend patrol coverage into daytime hours and further strengthen community safety.

This volunteer opportunity involves establishing and managing day patrols for Porirua, including recruiting new patrollers, creating a roster, training new team members, engaging with community groups, and liaising with police and other stakeholders. The role is newly created and will require flexibility and initiative as it develops. An estimated commitment of five to ten hours per week is expected.
