Presbyterian Support Central provides compassionate care for people across the Wellington region, including elderly residents whose days are brightened by music, performance, and entertainment. Volunteer Entertainers bring joy and connection through their craft.

This volunteer opportunity is open to singers, musicians, comedians, performers, and anyone with an entertaining skill they'd love to share with residents at a Porirua care facility. Performances are typically 30 to 45 minutes and can be arranged at a time to suit the volunteer.

What you'll bring:
• A performing skill or entertainment to share (music, song, comedy, storytelling, etc.)
• Confidence performing in a small group setting
• Warmth and genuine enjoyment in making others feel uplifted
