Newlands Resilience Group is building an 18-month community resilience programme across Newlands, Paparangi, Woodridge, and Bellevue, and sustainable funding is critical to its success. Sound financial strategy and experienced grant advice will help secure the resources the programme needs.

This volunteer opportunity involves advising on funding strategy, identifying and prioritising funding and investment opportunities, supporting grant applications and partnership approaches, exploring social investment and sponsorship options, advising on financial structuring for charitable trust compliance, and testing financial assumptions for long-term sustainability. The commitment is two to four hours per week with flexible timing.

What you'll bring:
• Experience in funding strategy, grants, or community finance
• Understanding of charitable trust compliance and financial structures
• Ability to engage with funders and funding partners
