At Land Information Freehold Education (LIFE) Trust, the Toi Whakapapa programme uses personal stories told through art, family trees, and memories of whānau homes to help rangatahi explore their connection to whakapapa and whenua. This kaupapa is rooted in identity, belonging, and empowering future generations.

This volunteer opportunity is for an experienced grant writer to support the LIFE Trust's next round of applications to ensure the Toi Whakapapa programme can continue and grow. An existing, fully piloted programme with strong outcomes is ready to document. Volunteers are welcome on Wednesdays from 11am to 1pm, with additional independent writing time as needed.

What you'll bring:
• Proven experience writing successful grant applications
• Ability to articulate kaupapa and programme outcomes clearly in writing
• Self-direction and ability to work with minimal supervision
