Te Omanga Hospice has provided specialist palliative care to Hutt Valley whānau since 1979, creating a warm and compassionate environment where people can receive expert end-of-life care with dignity. Housekeeping volunteers help ensure that environment feels like home.

This volunteer opportunity involves assisting with housekeeping tasks at the Te Omanga inpatient unit in Lower Hutt, helping to maintain a clean, welcoming environment for patients and their families. Tasks may include room preparation, laundry, and general facility maintenance. Hours are flexible and arranged with the organisation.
