Refugee Support Volunteer
Hutt
New Zealand Red Cross (Rīpeka Whero Aotearoa) is a humanitarian organisation dedicated to improving the lives of vulnerable people. The Refugee Support Volunteer programme provides practical, friendly support to former refugee families as they build their new lives in Upper Hutt.
This volunteer opportunity involves joining a small RSV team to help a former refugee family with practical tasks as they settle in Upper Hutt. Comprehensive training and ongoing support are provided.

• Flexibility across the week to support the family's varying needs
• A current driver's licence and knowledge of the Upper Hutt area
You might be a great fit if you are:
• Patient, resourceful, and genuinely motivated to help others
• Curious about other cultures and committed to inclusion
• Reliable and consistent over the settlement period
Training Provided: Comprehensive training and support provided by NZ Red Cross.
