Mary Potter Hospice cares for people and their whānau when someone is approaching the end of life, providing expert palliative care that is compassionate, holistic, and completely free of charge. The Hospice's op shops are a major source of revenue that helps sustain these vital services for patients and their families.

This volunteer opportunity involves working as a Retail Shop Assistant at one of the Hospice's Wellington and Kāpiti region locations, including Cuba Street, Karori, Miramar, Paraparaumu, Porirua, Tawa, Thorndon, or Kelburn, providing excellent customer service, helping sort and display pre-loved items, and contributing to a warm and motivated team. Shifts are available Monday to Saturday, with most Sundays also available.
