Access to trusted, free information and advice makes a real difference in people's lives, and Volunteer Bureau Interviewers are the people who deliver that service every day at CAB Petone.
This volunteer opportunity involves connecting with clients through phone, in-person, and online channels, listening carefully, conducting structured interviews, and providing personalised guidance and solutions. Tasks include helping with forms, providing advocacy, making referrals, and offering practical support. Morning and afternoon shifts are available, and a commitment of six to twelve months is appreciated.
