New Zealand Red Cross (Rīpeka Whero Aotearoa) is a humanitarian organisation dedicated to improving the lives of vulnerable people by mobilising the power of humanity. The Red Cross op shops sell pre-loved clothing and household items, providing affordable shopping while funding vital humanitarian work across Aotearoa and around the world.

This volunteer opportunity involves working in the Red Cross Shop at Mount Cook (Adelaide Road), unpacking and sorting donated goods, greeting and serving customers with warmth, and restocking and merchandising the shop floor. Shifts are four hours, available Monday to Sunday from 9am to 5pm.
